Where it started

At the same age, men today show on average lower testosterone levels than previous generations. This underlying decline, independent of ageing, has been documented by research since the 2000s. It is what guided the design of GOL.

Shilajit

A mineral resin from the Himalayas, traditionally used for male vitality. A randomized, placebo-controlled clinical trial studied a purified Shilajit in men over 90 days.

Zinc

Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal blood testosterone levels (authorized health claim). Its deficiency is associated with lower testosterone.
