Everyone responds at their own pace, so we won't promise you a timeline. Zinc, magnesium and vitamin D intake builds up with regular use, and hormonal balance follows a cycle of about 3 months. That's why we recommend the 3-month cure by default.

The health claims we display (zinc, vitamin D3, magnesium, copper) match the EFSA positive list of EU regulation 432/2012. The plants (Ashwagandha, Shilajit, Tribulus, Maca) come from documented traditional use in their respective pharmacopeia. We do not promise clinical effects beyond those claims.
